Your defense should simply be a comparison of your "profits" to what the major pharmaceutical companies are grossing yearly for their prescription medications - not only for cancer & AIDS, although you could start there, but what do they gross, what do they net compared to YOU??? I think you will find, dollar for dollar, even if you adjust based on size of operations, that what the pharmaceutical companies consider a fair & reasonable profit, far, FAR exceeds yours - you should base what is a fair & reasonable profit on what the major pharmaceutical companies average as their profit -- you will be HOME FREE DUDE!!!

I have great support for the mm movement. However, 2.6 million dollar deposits, $9600 weekly paychecks and fancy sports cars make you seem less than a sympathetic victim. It appears that the DEA is targeting the most egegious profiteers and you my friend led the league. If you had lived a simpler life, chances are you would not be in this predicament. The real purpose of the MM movement is to provide comfort to patients who otherwise have none. I hope that you learn something from this debacle and become a true non-profit and remember why you started. Right now you just seem like a drug dealer under the gun

You've got to be kidding me. You lived the good life under the guise of something legal and benefitial for some. You were nothing but a crook and and a street vendor of illegal drugs. I wish you no harm, and hope that you have learned. Others, like you, who profit in this way will go down. I fully support the governments actions.

well...i'm sorry sparky is going thru all this.i do owe sparky a big thanks for the job which WAS the best job i ever had. but i had a gut feeling the whole time that this was going to happen. for this thing to be legal(medical marijuana) i think the whole operation needed to be scaled down rather then tryin to be the next "wallmart of pot", i mean come on...do the math, the Feds dont want anybody in that situation with THAT kind of power.it just opens the doors for all kinds of crooks to legalize their operations. who am i might you ask?? well i was only the head security guard that wathced the front door at the mission dispensary and saw first hand what we were dealin with & to make a long story short it was like trying to herd cats..i sure sparky had the best intention & i got love for him for the job he did, but i think he coulda did a lil more. like when the oakland dispensary was being put up (broadway) somebody shoulda been inside the citys ass makin sure the walls & such were up to code & ok with the city engineers. i didnt see sparky not even a hand full of times when the construction was under way.i heard he was at burning man which i thought was kinda odd with all that was riding on this oakland dispensary .anyway...i dont want to sound sour & blast sparky at all....i love the opportunity he gave me to succeed in this "crazy" enviroment.. i just think deep down he coulda did a lil more to be more on top of the situation which eventually just crubled without the stern guidance of sparky which we needed, but i guess he neede to be at burning man too huh???...ahahah sorry, that image wont leave me.thats the logic we were dealing with & thats the logic that sunk us!i could talk all day on this but im not gonna... keep ya head up sparky. i wish you only the best mann, you tried. i think you just forgot who you were dealing with..POTHEADS!!..potheads as a whole dont wanna be THAT organized mann...."just hook a brotha up"...anyway...i miss the friendships i made workin there...we were "all goin thru it togather" & that bonded us. it was real , it was fun , but it wasnt real fun in the end. .Love allways

Steve H, .........in Texas, said to drop you a line in suport of you.
I have been active in the MM movement here in Texas for a few years now and to be honest I am a 76 year old one eye sculptor
and don't belong to any group. I can't help directly but maybe I
can in another way, but since the FEDS read all your e-mail. There is nothing I can write down without tipping my hand. Steve H. can can give you the lowdown on me if needed.
