Hi Everyone. I know it’s been forever and a day since I posted to this blog (federal cases move slower than global warming) but you can expect a lot more regular updates. Here’s the latest!

Beginning this Thursday, January 17th, I’m starting my own hybrid vlog or video pod-cast, ClubFed.

ClubFed will initially focus on my ongoing legal situation related to my medical cannabis career at Compassionate Caregivers, federal and state drug policy, and all the other trappings of my situation.

There will be other topics as I proceed with this project, but the initial focus will be developing a forum to discuss my experience in the world of medical cannabis and the dissonance between state and federal law.

The format will include a weekly video blog which will be available each Thursday at roughly 5 PM (PST) and can be viewed at my Ustream channel (http://www.ustream.tv/channel/clubfed) or my regular blog (http://www.freesparky.org).

In addition to each Thursday’s segment, ClubFed will also feature live chat/call-in sessions inviting viewers to engage in discussion, comment and/or debate the weeks topic. These live sessions are slated to air at 8 PM (PST) the Saturday and Sunday following each segment and will last until the discussion is exhausted or until I get tired. Particularly entertaining portions of the weekend’s shows will be highlighted at the beginning of each of the following Thursday’s segments. All in all, it should be a good time.
